1.Flexural Strength of IPS e.max Press: 470 MPa
2.Flexural Strength of IPS e.max CAD: 360 MPa

Indications

1. Single crowns with/without layering technique
2. Inlay/onlay
3. Veneer

Preparations

1.No angles or sharp edges
2.Shoulder preparation with rounded inner edges and/or chamfer preparation
3.The indicated dimensions reflect the minimum thickness for IPS e.max CAD restorations
4.The incisal edge of the preparation, particularly for anterior teeth, should be at least 1.0 mm

Cementation

IPS e.max® can be bonded using adhesive systems with dual cure resins, or cemented using low expansion cements, like resin-modified glass ionomers.
